Our Commitment

The protection of the flora and fauna of the Zambezi plays an important role in our daily operations. Our properties add a Community and Conservation Contribution per person per night to all bookings to ensure all our guests make a direct positive impact on the environment we operate in. At Baines’ River Camp, your contributions are for the benefit of the Carbon Neutrality Program for the Lower Zambezi National Park - under guideance of BioCarbon Partners – and to aid the projects undertaken by Conservation Lower Zambezi. On Lake Kariba, MV Matusadona collects funds to assist MAPP in its efforts to reduce wildlife poaching and erosion of natural resources within the Matusadona National Park, both on land and in its waters.
